Today I want to recommend Paris. When I visited last time, I took a series of photos that I’ve really liked this year, a super beautiful panoramic view of Paris↓↓
Today’s post is a newly organized Paris guide, which includes some hidden gems I recently discovered, as well as many great places for shopping and dining~
Compared to classic attractions like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, Montmartre is considered the youngest district in Paris. When I went to France in June, I made a quick trip to Montmartre and immediately fell in love with this niche, artistic treasure of a neighborhood.
Here there is the tall and sacred Sacré-Cœur Basilica, the Place du Tertre where painters gather, the café where Amélie Poulain worked, and the Moulin Rouge with its nightly revelry. The collision of religion, art, and love makes Montmartre a unique microcosm of charming Paris.
Sacré-Cœur Basilica Sacré-Cœur Basilica is one of the famous landmarks in Paris. It occupies the highest point of Montmartre hill, and standing in front of the church, most of Paris is clearly visible.
The square in front of the church is a great place to enjoy the sunset. Every evening, many Parisians and tourists gather here. They gather in small groups, listening to music, drinking beer and chatting, or just sitting on the steps watching Paris immersed in the beauty of dusk, which is very pleasant.
The main hall of the Sacred Heart Cathedral can be visited for free, where the Sacred Heart of Jesus is enshrined, along with many magnificent reliefs and murals. If you want to overlook the entire city of Paris, you can spend 6 euros to climb to the dome for a better view~
Place du Tertre Montmartre has a rich artistic atmosphere where you can find street performers and painters everywhere. The dazzling array of small street shops are all unique little art galleries.

Place du Tertre is a gathering place for Parisian artists. It is said that famous painters such as Rousseau and Picasso once painted here. When the weather is good, the square will be filled with small stalls painting portraits. If you’re not in a hurry, you might as well sit down and chat with the painters and leave with a memory of Montmartre~

“Amélie” Café. Many people know Montmartre because of the movie “Amélie”, and the Café des Deux Moulins where Amélie works in the movie has also become a popular attraction on Montmartre hill.

Lace curtains, vintage leather sofas, antique wall lamps and bar counter – as soon as you step into the cafe, it feels as if you’ve been transported to the 1950s.

The whimsical Amélie movie poster hanging on the wall, the most popular item in the shop – Amélie’s favorite caramel pudding, and the display cabinet in the bathroom with Amélie-themed decorations, all unconsciously remind people of scenes from the movie.
Savoring a cup of rich coffee in this old setting while watching pedestrians passing by outside the window has a special charm~

Moulin Rouge When you walk to the foot of Montmartre hill, you can see the red windmill on the roof from afar, and you have arrived at the Moulin Rouge. This is Paris’s red-light district, and also the oldest and most famous show venue in Paris. The French cancan dance was born here.

Luxury Hub – “Golden Triangle” Triangle d’OrIf you enjoy shopping in luxury stores, big spenders can head to the “Golden Triangle” formed by the three famous avenues: Avenue Montaigne, Champs-Élysées, and Avenue George V. This famous upscale shopping district in Paris brings together the world’s top luxury brands, and it’s not as crowded as Galeries Lafayette.
I always go for a stroll on the Champs-Élysées every time. As one of the three busiest central avenues in the world, it brings together everything from affordable fast-fashion brands like H&M and Zara to high-end luxury brands like LV and Cartier, from the Sephora with the most complete selection of products in France to the LV flagship store with the most complete collection globally. Shopping here can be as extravagant or as budget-friendly as you want~
Paris Jewelry Box – Place Vendôme If you’re mainly interested in watches, jewelry and other accessories, Place Vendôme is the top choice for shopping. It is known as the Paris Jewelry Box, and as early as the early 19th century, the jewelry stores here were already renowned.

As the commercial plaza with the most complete collection of jewelry and watches in Paris, you can easily find customized and limited editions from major brands such as Rolex, Omega, and Cartier here. Buy big brands at rock-bottom prices – La Vallée Village. For those on a budget who want to buy big brands, I highly recommend La Vallée Village. The same styles that cost 40,000 in China can be purchased here for only 4,000. If you happen to visit during the January or July sale seasons, you can get additional discounts!

Here there are two relatively affordable and good places to shop: Val d’Europe and La Vallée Village, especially the latter, which has a wide variety and is inexpensive. It is said that many internet celebrities and personal shoppers come here to shop for bargains.

Les Ombres Restaurant Paris has many famous restaurants with views of the Eiffel Tower. Les Ombres, which I visited last summer, is located on the top floor of the MUSEE BRANLY, and its terrace offers a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower.
The restaurant’s authentic French cuisine comes from the hands of a Michelin chef, with refined layered flavors and artistic presentation that make every dish enjoyable both to look at and to taste.
The prices here aren’t particularly expensive, with a 3-course French meal costing about 100 euros, and more expensive in the evening. This is probably because many people come in the evening to see the illuminated Eiffel Tower.
There is also a super large platform outside the restaurant, it’s a great place to take photos with the tower, and you don’t have to worry about many tourists crowding and pushing, nice~
Huitrerie Régis, a popular oyster bar in Paris, is a must-visit when you come to France. This restaurant has high ratings on Yelp and attracts many tourists every day who come specifically for it. The oysters there are freshly shucked and served, particularly large and plump, without much impurity, and they taste amazing!

There are four types of oysters to choose from in the restaurant. Flat oysters have a richer metallic taste, suitable for those who like adventurous flavors. Stohrer, the oldest pastry shop in Paris. When coming to Paris to taste French pastries, this is the oldest pastry shop in France that you can’t miss. It was founded in 1730 by the royal pastry chef of Queen Louis XV, and at that time, this shop became popular throughout the country. They provided exclusive desserts to generations of royalty.

The classic rum cake, a well-known French dessert, was invented by Stohrer. The entire cake is enveloped in a rich rum aroma, sweet and slightly intoxicating. Some say it’s lighter than regular cream puffs, with a rich texture, and the first bite gives a very unique burst of filling!
